CARPET LINING

Adding warmth and comfort.

Carpet lining a van is usually the very start of a conversion. Adding carpet to the walls makes a van feel a lot more comfortable, getting rid of cold metal walls and creating a homely space. We offer carpet lining for most vans and we're also able to offer DIY kits for those that are keen to do this themselves.

OUR CARPET LINING PROCESS

These are the steps we take when carpet lining your van.
1

Initial Strip Out + Clean Down

Removing any plywood, OEM panels and cleaning the carpet lining base.
2

SOUND DEADENING AND OR INSULATION

We then fit sound deadening and or insulation to the area behind the panels, on the floor, roof and doors.
3

CARPET LINING THE VAN

Glue the van sides, lay out the carpet and glue this too, then we fit to the van, ensuring that it adheres to all apertures.
4

Carpet Line The Plywood Panels + Fit Them

Finally, we carpet line the 4mm plywood panels that are precision cut on our CNC, and fit these to the van, using a secret screw system. Your van is complete!
