Transforming your van from a commercial van to a campervan!
It's important you get the right windows fitted to your van, and that they are fitted well.
A lot of conversions feature a sliding window on the driver's side and a fixed window on the passenger side. Alternatively, a sliding window each side is also common. We have been fitting windows for years, and we are very confident that we carry out the best installations.

OUR WINDOW FITTING PROCESS
These are the steps we take when fitting windows to your van.

Initial Strip Out + Clean Down
Removing any plywood, OEM panels and cleaning the window area. We also use an industrial blower to dry the van off, to prevent anything sticking to it.

Cutting The Window Aperture Out
We then make the cut out for the window, protecting the van in this process and ensuring that the cut is perfect. Here we use window shears and a sanding disk to make it perfect.

Clean Down and Preparation For Fitting
Next, we clean down the area, prime the cut edge and fit a trim. We also prime the van where we will bond the window in. We also prime the window and then bond the van, in order to fit the window.

Fit the Window
Finally, we fit the window to the van, ensuring that there are equal gaps all around and that it's pushed against the bond, but ensuring it doesn't sit too close to the van.
