Shipping policy

Shipping Time Frame

We endeavour to post items within 1-2 working days. Some of our items will be delivered directly from our supplier. Alloy wheels may take longer, depending on whether they are in stock and drilled. We will advise the shipping time frame upon order, or alternatively, you can call us before you order to request a time frame.

Once shipped, most items will arrive next day. 

We use a range of couriers. 

Order Processing Time 

We process our orders within 24 hours. Once your order is received, the item will either be dispatched or ordered for delivery from our supplier. You can expect 1-2 working days for processing. This excludes weekends and or holidays. For next day delivery, our cut off time is 10am and orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Domestic and International Shipping Options 

We only ship to the UK. Free delivery for mainland UK. If you are not in the mainland, please contact us for a delivery cost. Some items can be sent for next day, before 10am, please get in touch with us if you require an item urgently and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping above £100. Below £100, the shipping cost is £5.95.

Picking Up In Store 

We offer store collection; you must bring along your order confirmation and a form of ID to collect your item. Items must be paid for before you collect. Please ensure you receive the collection ready email before you travel to our store.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

Please see our returns policy for more information. We offer returns within 30 days of ordering. The items must be in original re-sealable packaging, in an unused condition.

Potential Service Interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Courier delays can happen and in this event, we will do our best to communicate the urgency with the courier.

Order Tracking Details

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number, or contact details regarding who to reach our to in case of any lost packages.
