We have a small, close-knit team here at Apple County Customs. We are mostly family-run, so we genuinely care about our business and customers!
Since the establishment of Apple County Customs almost 15 years ago, the team has grown over time with each member playing a crucial part in the day to day running of the company. With such an eclectic mix of skills and experience, our team come together to form a highly knowledgeable and passionate team, dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional service and high quality, bespoke van conversions and modifications. When you first contact us, you will speak to Chloe, who is the first point of contact. You will deal with Chloe throughout the whole process. Chloe has a lot of knowledge, having spent 4 years in the workshop herself, building vans and installing all of the components that go into a camper van. So, if you do have any technical questions, she can usually answer them!

LEON CULLUM
Director
Leon, who founded Apple County Customs, worked in carpet fitting for 16 years before turning his passion for design into a business. Leon spends all of his time in our workshop, focusing on all elements of the van conversions. Known for his constant ideas, Leon is the team member that keeps us all on our toes with new ideas spinning all the time! Without Leon, the business wouldn't be constantly innovating!
Chloe Thresher
Office Manager and Customer Liaison
The office is managed by Chloe, who has been in the business for 9 years and deals with all management, administration and client facing duties. Chloe is qualified in Digital Business and Business Management, whilst currently studying a further degree in Accounting and Finance. When you get in touch with us, she will be your first point of contact. Your contact with Chloe will continue throughout your experience with ACC.
Finlay Cullum-Knight
Workshop Manager
Based in the workshop alongside Leon is Finlay (Leon's Son), who joined the team after previously training as a carpenter. Now, Finlay works on all aspects of full van conversions from carpet lining to window installations and roof fitting. He is an essential part of the team and works very hard to get all of the vans out of the workshop on time, back to the happy owners!
Max Antoniades
CAD & CNC Technician
Recently, Max joined the workshop team as our CNC and CAD Technician with an Honours Degree in Furniture and Product Design. Max dedicates the majority of his time to working on custom design CAD work and CNC projects. Max enjoys CAD design and precision should be his middle name! Max is a critical part of our team, without the design side of the business, we couldn't do what we do everyday!
Ava
CMO (CHIEF MOANING OFFICER)
Ava is Leon and Chloe's dog, she's 3 years old and loves meeting customers! She loves the outdoors and is always keen to get out into a big field somewhere.
Angus
MR EXCITABLE
Angus is Leon and Chloe's dog, he is Ava's half brother. He's only 15 months old, so is still very much a puppy! He loves his ball and loves to show it to customers!
